Yoga for men will feed your physical, as well as your spiritual health.
Being around with men is a recognition of your maleness and male sensuality.
It creates a stronger bonding and a special kind of energy.
NUDE YOGA for men
Yoga is a perfect way to get into shape and to get in contact with stillness and harmony deep within yourself. It is like coming home. On a physical level you build up strength, muscles, endurance and become flexible. On an energy level you cleanse your subtle body, get rid of energy-blocks, which makes you feel vital and awake. When nude you feel more freedom, you better sense your skin and you are more aware of your body. There is the possibility to overcome shame and improve your selfesteem, besides you experiment male intimacy with a partner. During the class you create a better connection between your life (sexual) energy and your spritual energy. Body mind and spirit become one.
We work according to the principles of classical hatha-yoga and raja-yoga.
DO's and DON'Ts
* warming up the body and mind
* movement synchronising with the breath
* breathing excercises to regulate the prana (energy) of the body
* dynamic movement and static postures
* hands-on with a partner to guide attention and breath
* physical contact in some asanas (postures) to support one another
* sitting or walking meditation
* exchange experiences, inspiring each other
* no sex, but it can feel sexy to be naked with other men

FRANS TREPELS
I am practicing yoga for over 30 years and teaching for 20 years, which gives me an extensive knowledge of the body and the connection with mind and spirit. With a background of modern dance and body/dance therapy I developped the capacity to guide a group with wisdom and respect for the individual needs and boundaries.
Yoga means also that I feel more connected with myself deep inside, which also makes me feel better connected with the people and world around me. By practicing yoga and meditation I feel physically and mentally stronger, more alive and free.
DICK LANGENBERG
After a career as knitwear designer, my focus changed from the outer to the inner world. I followed several courses in massage, magnetize (healing) and well-being, but found my true goal in yoga. Received my certificate Vijnana yoga teacher in 2008 and am teaching since then. My teaching is serious, but always playfull and with a sense of humor, with personal attention for every-body.
My aim is to make you aware of your own body and mind, to go into silence, which is inside everyone of us, and bring the practice off your mat out into the world.
